In this story the iconic character remains consistent, no matter whether it’s a blade of grass or a fag hanging laconically from his mouth. Lucky Luke is still the cowboy who can shoot faster than his shadow, his adventures inevitably revolve around some nefarious characters that require his unique skill set to round up and get the better of, before he rides out of town once more, just him and loyal equine companion Jolly Jumper, forever wandering, the epitome of the lonesome cowboy riding the range.
